NNPC Joint Venture Partner in $2 billion 100kbp Refinery in Port Harcourt, Nigeria
The Project collocated inside the NNPC Port Harcourt refinery complex (PHRC).
The refinery is designed to process Bonny Light and Qua-Iboe crude oil and produce LPG, PMS, AGO, HFO DPK and ATK.

African Refinery Energy Services Limited (ARESL) is the developer of the first Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Refinery in Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa at the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lagos State.
Sustainable Aviation Fuel made from renewable resources, such as used cooking oil, and palm oil mill effluent (POME), is an aviation fuel that burns more cleanly, with a lower carbon footprint and has been adopted by major airlines, international aviation organizations, European Union and the US government to help achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Kharis Engineering provides in-depth management and supervision of all of its projects, with hands-on involvement by the company’s principals and project supervisors from start to finish. In addition to general building, tenant improvement and seismic retrofit services, we also provide added value to clients with its ability to self-perform structural and architectural concrete work, including forming, placing and finishing.
African Refinery Pipelines & Depot Services Ltd
The subsidiary that operates ARG Concession to operate several of NNPC/NPSC downstream crude oil and refined petroleum products pipelines, storage depots, supply and distribution facilities and other related and ancillary infrastructure. The Concession covers Lot 1 (Bonny-Port Harcourt-Aba-Enugu-Makurdi-Yola).

African Refinery Trading Ltd – Oil, Gas and Energy Commodities Trading’s core business is sourcing, supplying and trading crude oil and refined petroleum products.
ARTL is expanding its operations to include sourcing supply, storage and supply chain management services for renewable / biomass feedstock including yellow grease (waste vegetable oil and animal fats), POME and other 2nd generation feedstock and energy crops.
